tiana came last weekend. . . and we made home-made manicotti. i love manicotti and have never made it. and she was such a good friend to delve into the experiment with me.
we rolled noodles out and created a filling. . .made a sauce with some pork chops and beef from my freezer. . .
it was good to have the company and the delicious dinner.
